Home Exercise Equipment

Home exercise equipment differs from home exercise machines in that they are smaller, portable and less expensive. These include strength-training apparatuses such as push-up bars and blocks, resistance bands and rubber tubing as well as cardiovascular strengthening tools such as pedal exercisers and low-impact power walk resistance cables. Contrary to what the title of home exercise equipment may imply, the portability of this equipment means that you can take them just about anywhere. They are particularly good for low-resistance exercises and use in small spaces in which a full exercise machine would not be able to fit.
